I have 6 people sharing a group mailbox, the all have rights to the mailbox.. any email coming from an outside of the organization appears in the Inbox for mere seconds then disappears, regardless of whether or not it's in the Outlook on the user's computer
or if it is being viewed in OWA. I have gone as far as checking all rules on every user.. removing the rights from all of them .... checking filters. One suggestion was to restart the Edge service.. tried it no joy... any suggestions or help..
