We are running Exchange 2013 in a dual server architecture where they are redundant backups for one another. Under normal operations, one server sends, the other receives. This may be incorrect, but this is how I understand it, as I've only been in my current posting for a couple months.
I'm having an issue where one of my users has random email drops, meaning they'll get through the spam filter, but they never arrive in the inbox, or even the spam box. I am 100% new to Exchange 2013, so I'm a little lost while trying to find and access the transport logs to see if this particular message even made it through.
Any help out there?
