Transport Malware Agent question

I have installed Exchange 2013, and i am puzzled a bit. It's said anti-malware protection is enabled by default, and when i sent test e-mail with malware attachment it was blocked. Also I checked in EAC, that malware protection is running. But when I use Get-TransportAgent cmdlet, i getin results that malware agent is disabled. Why it is disabled, or what function it does?
