I have been suffering from SPAM being generated from a series of sources (this looks internally generated):

XXXX: Refers to domain and naming convention.
- Why are these messages being generated? I know these are NDR's.
- What can I do about it? Already checked the Recipient filtering is enabled and refreshed it.
I have already cleared down the mail.que file and checked that the Endpoint Protection is in place and up to date.
The anti-spam option is enabled on the Hub Transport of the Organisational Configuration.
This has led to Backscatter.org blacklisting the IP address.
What else can I do about this situation as I have used all Microsoft KB and TechNet solutions to no avail?
