Exchange 2013 mail domain rewrite

Hi

In exchange 2013 there is no Edge role. So how i can rewrite domain in email message. Exmaple.

User primary smtp is jonh@hr.contoso.com when he is sendin mail to out side of organisation email address should be jonh@contoso.com
