We have an email box that is shared between a group of individuals. We recently installed 2013 into a 2007 Exchange environment and migrated over all the users. This mailbox commonly receives automated messages from a specific email address. After the migration was complete these messages continued to be received for one day. Because this is the only server in our organization, and we do not have a FrontEnd edge server, we installed the AntiSpam agents. It may have been this that is blocking the email. However, when I run Get-MessageTrackingLog I see the message repeatedly with a new Guid. Because this change was so new (literally 3 days ago), my inclination is to suspect the new server. Would the absence of the email in the tracking log indicate that it is not being submitted to the server? The message is also sent to addresses not in the organization, and the other users are definitely receiving the email, so I know that their server is sending the email.
