Will emails come to inbox to the inbox of a user if we disable all mailbox features of that user in Exchange Server 2013

Hello everyone,

I have a question about Exchange Server 2013.The question is if i disable all the mailbox features of a mailbox and also if i disable that user in Active directory then would the emails deliver to the inbox of that user mailbox.
